After advent of Jio India has become No 1 consumer data in world rising from the 3rd position by beating China and USA. It has offered free data and voice to all its customers for at least 6 months at a stretch, something heard only in the movie Kingsman : The Secret Service before. But why did they do this at first place? Could they not launch their services as a regular operator??
